Non-Refundable Entry Fee

By submitting an application to participate in the ballot, you agree to pay a non-refundable entry fee of either 15,000 or 20,000, depending on the category selected.

This entry fee is collected solely for the purpose of processing and evaluating your application for participation in the ballot.
The entry fee will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Unsuccessful ballot outcome
- Withdrawal of application after submission
- Change of mind or personal circumstances

No Guarantee of Selection

Please note that submission of the application and payment of the entry fee does not guarantee selection in the ballot. Selection is subject to a transparent and randomized process, and the outcome is final.
